Yeh, good posts above. The first time you remove the props it can take a long time - someone like Bell will have them off in 10 minutes - hopefully that gets reflected in their labour charge so makes using them all the better and will cover some of the cost of the VCU if it needs replacing (and as said, its a good opportunity to change it if its getting towards the end of its life).
Interestingly, although they do a 'drive in replacement service' - they don't say how much they charge for F1 parts on their website. They do for all their F2 parts - and its generally £180. So if you're just getting bearings, that would make it £240, and for VCU & bearings £462.
