I am having problems with my freelander not starting em was told it was fuel filter but changed that and still no start how can I check if it is the pump with our paying hundreds of pounds for a new pump???
Try disconnecting the fuel pipe on the bottom of the inlet manifold and place the pipe into a bottle.
Get someone to turn the ignition on and see if it fills the bottle.
I think from memory that it has 2 small 8mm bolts.
