Maybe yet another resevoir replacement, they can be very tempremental. I replaced mine twice before it stopped loosing coolant.

How would that cause exhaust gases in the coolant though?

Payen BW750 is out of production however autodoc has them in stock I've ordered two
That oem-q is hit and miss, is an alleged copy of bw750, mostly are ok but some not so much. I've had very bad experiences with melted cats because of the "oem" coils that DMGS sold.
