At the risk of sounding a gipsy, I painted my hitch with hamerite scholz and white spirit-goes off like paint and took 5 minutes

I hammerited mine.....just seem to take forever to dry in this weather:D:D

dont worry bout sounding like a gypo :rolleyes: yer among friends now, ffs iv been painting me 50 tonne press fer 12 months with bits of redoxide left in tins off other jobs , its cost me nothing :D:D:D bargain ,

bet that were nice an thick to paint on, put the tin in a bucket of how water , it thins the hammerite down and makes it dry quicker too, dunno how ;)
 
Currently amongst other things I've rebuilt one rear door-seriously shagged.
And over the next few days I'm moving onto next door :eek: joy
 
You need a brush with more than one bristle...go out an buy some ya cheapskate:D:D:D


bet some one will leave me one lyin about if i wait long enough , ;) **** the expense, am not renound fer spendin money on luxury items like paint brushes
 
i picked it up to day done the welding to the outriggers and gave it a check over seams o.k going to put it through a mot 2 moz
