hi i have found a series3 its a hard top with mint doors and tailgate body work few dents etc it starts and drives (starter motor dont work) but started with crank handle needs some welding to out riggers but comes with new ones but he is asking for me to make a offer but i dont know what they are worth whats a rough price guide ??? any help what do you think i should offer him ??
 
for got to add its a 1974 88" swb bulk head is solid has 4 brand new tyres 235/85x16 insa turbos on wella wheels he needs it gone by the week end so should get it quite cheep ??? but dont know what there worth
 
i'd show him £200 in tenners, and fan it out in front of him - is surprising the affect the sight of money has on some peeps
 
o.k what do you think the max should be ?? i know its a hard question to answer as you havent seen it but i dont wont to pay over the odds i plan on doing it up ie mot and a tidy up then sell it on

depends how rough it is...... if the chassis needs loads of welding 600 tops...cause it aint that special and it aint tax free:D:D
 
o.k thanks for the advice i will see what i can get it for

the only corrosion on the chassis is both outriggers and it comes with new replacements i went over it with a hammer front to rear it failed its last mot on the out riggers headlight out and emissions to high but its had brand new doors and tailgate + tyres wish me luck if i get it i will post up some pics for you



its near gatwick air port in a old barn faild its mot 2 years ago and been sitting there since

Cause some **** had painted it white so had to rub it down and repaint it;)

and I aint going down there again this week...once is enough:D:D
 
At the risk of sounding a gipsy, I painted my hitch with hamerite scholz and white spirit-goes off like paint and took 5 minutes
