With the constant rain we've been having I was getting slightly annoyed about having to mop out the standing water in the foot wells...so I have implemented my new 'Anti Foot well Rot Protection System....

I knew the Pioneer Tools would come in handy for something!

£3 from the garden center and working well!

Awww aint that sweet ... all nicely tucked in for the night, as snug as a bug in a rug :)

It is sodding annoying tho' my guttering has a crack in it and when it rains I get a shower everytime

If you drill / punch / shoot a hole in the floor pan the water will have an easy egress so no standing water in the morning.

And notice my totally unnecessary use of 'egress' there when exit would have done... lol

I was just in the process of minor corrosion / prime and / repaint of footwells when the rain started. Part of this was to create an exit...ie. drill a hole in the floor to allow drainage.

You will need to add some sort of cunning periscope set-up or it's gonna be dodgy driving

Cheers Steve
