After swapping the gearbox last week ive noticed the difflock lever is a bit "loose" to the point where it rattles. Which is rather annoying!

Difflock still works as it should, stays in just feels loose.

What do I need to tighten up?

It was fairly loose before compared to my mates untouched 90 which is quite stiff but in a positive way if you see what I mean

youll have to have a look,is it the same t/box

Yeah same tx box went back in. The linkage wasnt stripped, pulled the whole lot off as one from the top of the box.

Either something’s not been tightened properly or perhaps you’re missing some of the plastic bushes which are part of the linkage mechanisms for both diff lock and high/low.

Yeah. All the plastic bushes went back in 100% certain. Ill have to find some time to check
