If you want a laugh...tie a big banner to the side of your land rover/4 wheel drive with " " Bet you wish YOU had one these eh ?" and a banner on the back with " remember the next time you slag us off"... Now go and drive past those planks in their Honda ****mobile who have drowned in 3 inches of water and are sitting forlornly while waiting to be rescued..make sure you get a big enough bow wave going to dump a few hundred gallons through their window. Then wave at the SKY camera crew who seem to be stationed at every flooded road in the UK right now.

Or spend some time towing them out one by one as a random act of kindness thereby spreading a little happiness on a grey day and adjusting a few ingrained attitudes about nasty 4X4 drivers being selfish ignorant idiots with big cars and small dicks?

luckily I have a high IQ and a big dick...where as Marcus misses a touch of irony. Would I really be arsed to make a banner up ( or two) and to tie them to my car? I would- as I always do - offer to tow people out. So rest assured Marcus..

Exactly who missed the irony Mr Mensa?

Take a chill pill James, I can assure you I'd likely be just as obnoxious as you suggested, probably more so, it's something of a house speciality! ;)

i just got back from spending an extended weekend down in the new forest! plenty of flood water there. saw a polish bloke try and drive his car through a ford 4ft deep! needless to say, he got very just, car died and the fire people had to close of the road! prat. i was going to pull him out but there was nowhere to attach the tow rope and i wasnt getting wet fur nobody... the fire people didnt seem interestedin getting in out in a hurry either. so we went off for a cup of tea... glad to be home now!

Just read the Solihull Times from the weekend even employees of LandRover make this mistake, a chauffeur in a RRS managed to drown it in the local ford on a shortcut to the Airport with guests in the Car, probably showing off, Even though the ford marker was showing 3ft depth he gave it a go, LandRover tried pulling it out but snapped the winch cable on a Defender G4 Lookalike. Then the Fire Brigade Tried with a Tractor with a hawse around the C Pillar after smashing the window, The Sport was now 4ft Deep in the water, They managed to rip the C Pillar and the sport stayed where it was till the water level dropped, £70,000 pounds Wrote off.
