i have linked the top covers to the bottom flaps with flaps....

made brackets.easy really.few more bolts and tidy up.....

N/S was not so easy.fookin exhaust and bloody everywhere so i chopped it out.
fed the exhaust over the rear cross member and eliminated the rear box.shoved the pipe straight out body.
this can then be boxed in to form the arch liners...

im going ta eat so feck arf...:p:p:p

Ya dozy ****er....your supposed to put the mats inside the cab on the floor

I hate to admit it but I like the idea of fitting rubber shields under the wheelarches to stop the rear x-member and outrigers getting sprayed with water and ****e. I suppose the law of averages means that BoB is bound to come up with at least 1 good idea (by accident) during his whole lifetime.

it is a must .my fookin member cost me 180 quids....FFS.

it is nice to have arch liners fitted.I have **** loads of old quarry conveyer belt if anyone needs any...

used ta do me rangies and series why not hack a defender ta fook.its like a ****in tin box....no class.id have a rangie if they fookin worked...:flame::flame::flame:

Just think of all the lovely water and mud that will become trapped behind the lining and be held against the chassis thus rusting it to feck in a short space of time.

you fink i is daft ffs...

the flaps are made up to be free draining and the chassis can be washed out.
It stops impact from stones and there fore the waxoyl and paint stays in tact being unchipped....:p:p:p
it will double the lifetime of it you daft monkey...:D:D:p

that way my cross member stays clean and drys quick allowing the salty water ****e ta run off....:p:p:p
