Hi,

Hopefully a quick question, I have a freelander 2, can anybody tell me how to drain the water from the diesel fuel filter??

if there is a drain pipe undo the screw, you might find it needs a primer bulb fitted to replenish with diesel, what does the manual say?

Pretty much as lance said.

Unbolt it , drain it from the bottom , bulb prime it.

I'd just replace the filter though to be honest.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I have since found out ( not long ago) it has a hex screw on the top which you undo and this drains it out at the bottom. But I have bought a new one and going to replace it today, better safe than sorry.
