Before any one asks, yes I've done a search......but most threads are inconclusive.

Drives fine unplugged....tried 2 genuine LR MAFs & one Bosch. Map sensor is new, no boost leaks, IAT sensor is new, done full pin out to test wiring (no issues), turbo actuator is free, boost actuator tested, egr has bypass........on live read MAF is only 152 (should be min of 320). Won't rev over 2000rpm, very laboured too......once warmed up, revved freely pasted 3000rpm......tried to drive hesitant at 2k rpm, then shot off......then wouldn't go over 2k rpm, and back to 152 (was 520 once warmed up at idle). Anyone had a similar problem.

Thanks

Ok so it’s not egr stuck which is impacting air flow then

Missed that info in original post sorry

On T4 there’s a MAF reset option for adaptions which may help if you have access to one

No problems, I'll ask about. See if anyone I know has one........is there anything other than T4 that will do it?

Which model do you have? Any chance of a quick review? We’re always interested in diagnostics.

I used a launch x431 pro........but the diagnostics I use on a daily basis is a Snap On Verdict V7. But only the Launch had the option on it to reset MAF parameters . :)

The Launch X431 belongs to the garage, the Snap On is mine. It's a great tool, use it before and after every remap to check for any codes or problems ....also use it for mobile diagnostics. Injector coding, parameter resets, live reads, code read & clear, service resets etc etc
