My observations. I am new to mechanics so please correct me if I am wrong.
After jacking up the car, place the axle, support the car,on axle stands but not on the axles. The springs need to be extended to make life easier so that you can access the lower bolts.
I found a 1/2 inch socket works a treat.
I needed a breaker bar to move those lower bolts although, I am sure other people may find it easier to remove then me.
I needed two 10 inch extension bars to get the bolts out on the inner turret.
I found that an impact wrench made things a lot faster and easier.
The turrets were a dog to come out on the drivers fronts side. Two people were needed to,get, this out. We needed to pry the turret through the hole which appeared to be just a trade to small but...it does go.
The bracket holding the cables for the ace pipes has a bolt on it. I snapped the head right off but recovered it by drilling two holes to cable tie the pipes out of the way. Remember to remove this bracket before lifting the turret off and to replace before doing up the turret bolts.
I should have a tub of rust remover for use on the nuts and bolts as these things suffer from surface rust. I only treated the metal ace pipe bracket holder with rust remover, sand paper, zin primer and black paint.
Make sure you have time to get primer and final paint on as this takes time to set.
A heat gun on low heat would not be a bad idea for removing and refitting the turbo pipes.
Remember to torque to the correct torque settings.
Rubber hammer nice to have for,"easing" things past along with a pry bar.

I really hope this is helpful to someone. Just my thoughts.

That's the rears done. Lot easier as mentioned and the car rides just perfect.less fear more steer.
