hi im a newby to this but have a problem if someone can help.

just brought a A bar for my freelander 1997 with the driving lamps on the side, i heard you have to take the front bumper off to fit this? is the job easy to do and the wiring

not an easy job !

has it come with the fixing brackets, bolts etc.. ???

yes the bumper has to come off and you have to drill and bolt the brackets onto the metal body of the car. - and then drill out the plastic bumper (in the correct place)

took best part of a day to fit mine

wiring is easy - just need a relay and either switched off your main beam or a seperate switch inside the car somewhere

yes it came with brackets and also was attached to the metal plate whats behind the bumper so just need to swap them over
i have a switch but quicker just to connect up to the main beam,i have wiring kit what also came with it

just need a day to my self then! or maybe two
