heya guys im in the middle of repacin my panhard rod bushs.... ive managed to knock the old ones out witha hammer and chisel and im now onto fittin new ones. question being i dnt have access to punch just a medium size vice at work wich i realy dnt wana damage durin the process. so how hard are they to.press in will it go fairly easy with a socket n abit of grease ina vice or shld i be lookin at payin a garage?

I initially did mine with a vice until it broke then I finished it off with a hammer and drift. Plenty of lube and it'll be fine
 
If it's a huge vice there shouldn't be a problem. They're not large bushes and can be done by hand but yeah a press would be best
