Checked today. Unplugging the injector harness will cause a TD5 to crank but will not turn over.

Much easier than pulling relays...

Hopefully the bloody turbo arrives tomorrow, it is meant to....
 
Need to find some time to fit the Allisport intercooler aswell :D:cool:

The VNT was too rich for my blood, came it at £1400 where as the Hybrid was £875. Should furfill my needs anyway!

Indeed - that's why its on my wish list !!! But you are starting with more grunt than we had !!:D

perhaps I should have a nosy at hybrids for the 300's.....:)
 
Not 100% sure but I think it is -

Hybrid - same size but new innards so it spools considerably faster and gives more torque lower down
VNT - Physically bigger and acts like effectivly like a twin turbo set up.

Dont quite me just what i have gleened.
