Hi, my hubby has just fitted 4 injectors to my landrover TD4. Charged the battery up but now the car wont start

Have we bought dud injectors or does the car need to be re-progammed, any advice appreciated.

Sounds like an airlock needing bled through. Why were they replaced? There is also a fuel pump cut off switch which could have activated when power interrupted. Re-set it (should be down near the brake master cylinder).

The TD4 system should be self bleeding and no programming is required. Check all electrical connections that were undone and check fuel pipe unions and the leak off pipes. Try cranking it over for longer than you would normally.

Thanks for replies, its sorted now, something to do with the fuel not getting into them, just needed a jump start from a transit van and now ok
