hey, I have recently purchased some clear indicator lenses with bulbs and they don't work, any ideas to what the prob may be my friends????
Welcome to the forum first of all, you WILL learn that most members are ****ed at time of posting or just like to take the ****.
Don't worry you will get used to the sense of humor...after a while!
Now, your problem is simple, the clear indicators you have fitted take a clear bulb with offset pins, the original orange bulbs have pins that are not offset. In short the bulb holders on your RR are not meant to take the offset pin bulbs. You can change the bulb holders, but I just filed one pin on the new bulbs and twisted until the bulb locates a bit further around in the holder, this allows the connections on the bottom of the bulb to touch the connectors on the bulb holder. Keep us updated as to how you get on.
