No plates because "it's been used on a farm last few years." That's no farm truck. Not even a decent attempt at explaining its chequered history.
 
Not that fishy, sounds like he was just an idiot. Bought a damaged Cat B right off and did it up then found out it can never go back on the road (only parts to be sold - Cat A would be crush only). Must have been pretty bad to be Cat B (chassis bent?) or just a poor examiner who thought a bent body was a problem for a Landy.

Just needs a Series ID to make it perfect innit :)
 
£6k for a load of parts, hhhmmm I think not.

Didn't think you were allowed to buy cat b write offs. iirc only vehicle dismantlers could buy them.
