That would be the carefully folded loo role that the door traps in place when it's shut!! It catches all the water on it's way down from the leak just above the top door hinge. Compartment has been bone dry ever since (use to be a constant of around 2 inches of water) and Preston sees a lot of rain!! I just swap it for a dry piece as required which is about every three or four days of heavy rain !!!

Priceless!

My cubbie is still dry (touch wood) I also keep a damp trap in the back that absorbs quite a bit of water over the winter months !

Mine leaked at the same place...but re-adjusting the seal on that side, near the parcel shelf where the clip is and adjusting the rear window has made it jetwash proof.... still bone dry after 12 months.

Yep...it used to poor in at the same spot, but now dry as a bone.....Make sure that clip near the parcel shelf is secure and the seal is as high as you can get it.....and adjust the tailgate window as tight as to can get it to seal....works for me.....

pull all the carpet up and jetwash/hose to test.
