So I went out to play in the snow today, only got road tyres so wasn't expecting much, plus it's a RR not a "proper" landrover.
Well.... Turns out these things are amazing off road, I've had defenders and various discos over the years and the Range Rover did everything they would of done if not more,
Went up a really steep 4 mile long road with 10" deep snow and the traction control barely cut in, even went past a 300tdi disco that was just spinning the wheels stationary.
And on the return trip used hill descent, what a revelation, barely lost traction and got us to the bottom safely,
I love the rangie anyway but now my respect for it has increased massively.
