Well with today being quite a decent day weather wise i decided to pin point the annoying Squeek from under the defender! She seemed to sqeek mostly when their was no acceleration at driving speeds but was totally intermittent!? Turned out to be the downpipe from the exhaust manifold loose! The bolts in the bracket had sheered making alot of play in the pipe! With this the top exhaust clamp had come loose and the downpipe could be pulled clean out! Removed braket and drilled out sheered bolts, re tapped to m8 thread, refitted bracket and secured exhaust! Jobs a good en peaceful driving once again (or for the meantime anyway)!!
