Hi Everyone
I've been having some intermittent starter issues and its down to the original female connector to the solenoid. I have replaced it with a universal spade connector but its not tight enough and so I'd like to put a proper connector on.
I've checked LRworkshop.com and Ive attached a screen shot. Its labelled as C179 but thats not its part number.
Does anyone know where I can buy one from?
As always I really appreciate any help anyone can give.
Cheers

Don't know about the TD5 but my V8 starter motor solenoid exciter wire had habit of slipping off and I tightened it up with some pliers.
It is a naked metal spade connector rather than the moulded C179 but you might be able to remove the connector out of the plastic housing and tighten it?

Try rs components, what you need is a spade but with the extra spring loaded bit inside, makes them bit of a sod to come off, but they do not fall/rattle off.

Thanks for the advice - the existing one has seen better days so I can reuse it. I'll have a look at RS components. Thanks again.
