There does look like a few none standerd bits;
The sills look like S111, S11/a ones should be deeper.
I don't think there is any difference between S11/a and S111 doors?
Later type door hinges and mirrors.
S11/a front rad panel.
S11/a Bonnet.
Not sure about the wings, the near side would have the heater inlet for S111 but we can't see that.
Can't tell what dash it has from the pics.

It is an old bus and I don't think it's unusual to see bits from other vehicles used to keep one of this age on the road.

It is very common for 2a's to have 'face lifts' to look like S3 - still legal on the tax exemption, etc. I can't really see what the issue is with this one?

The first land rover you posted does look like a late model IIa. The F suffix reg no. indicates that this is a 1967/68 model. In 1968, Land Rover moved the headlights out to the wings, and also started using other parts that are usually associated with the Series III, such as the square door hinges & the roll front bonnet. One obvious difference between the Series IIa & III is the grille. On the IIa this is wire mesh, whereas the Series III has a plastic grille.

the roll front bonnet (deluxe)
the lights went on wings late g reg and most h reg 2a s
