Hi,
I've got a couple of problems with my 98 Freelander that I need some help with... They might seem easy but i've not done any work on a car other than checking fluids before!

• The fan switch is only working on 3&4, it doesn't do anything on 1&2 - is this likely to just be the switch? and if so is it easy to replace?
• The other thing is the drivers door lock which now doesn't open from the remote fob - is this and easy thing to sort? and what parts would I need?

Hi Steve, My door did the same, it cost me replacing the solenoid, can't say how much it would where you stay, but in South Africa it cost R900 + Vat.
