1991 RRC 3.9 auto

Hello all,

It is now time for me to to replace the fan resistor unit which always fails on RRCs (fan only working on III).

My question is: where should I get the part from? I only want to do this once and so don't want to buy cheap or substandard parts.

Here's where you get it in Merka: Range Rover A/C Blower Motor Resistor (Same Fit As Genuine Part # PRC8010)

I know it is Britpart.....but it is the only one I could find...

I just bought one of them - it's actually made by Atlantic British in the US. While I was searching around for best price noted various places sell these but Island seemed best price so went there, quick delivery and no hassles.

Dead easy to fit, straight swap. I know it sounds bad when I say "just" remove the bonnet and decker panel - believe me it is the way to go. Not tested mine yet as Rangie still in pieces for rot repairs but looks like a good improvement over the original.
