Hi Folks,
Trying to find results about heater fan slider switch . I am having intermittent on/off with position 4 , when I move it slightly, it works again. so i suspect its the switch contacts ? Is it correct that whole dash has to come out to fix or replace slider switch ?

I might be wrong but i think the centre console can be removed from the dash...tried the manual?

No, the whole dash doesn't have to be removed.
Assuming it's a 300 series dash, just pull off the rotary dial and slider knobs, remove the screws and plate and you will see the slider fixing screws, remove them and unplug the slider.
All the info plus pictures is in the RAVE manual which u is available to download.
