Or I keep replacing the wrong bits.

Either way, the oil cooler gasket is where it's really peeing out.

Am I going to need another one, or are there any quick cheap fixes?

It's coming out above the hose above the pressure switch from what seems to be a tiny hole, but there's a load coming out so the engine can't stay on for long...

Engine's a TD (with an intercooler and untouched fueling) if it makes any difference...

Do you mean the alloy casting that the oil filter fits to? Which on the 200TDi and my old TD also have the oil cooler pipes and the pressure switch.

If so the that held by two 17mm bolts (think thats the size). Undo them take of the casting clean stick a new gasket on. Job done.

When i changed my engine conversion i used the old TD casting on the 200TDi engine. Well my son did that bit and ripped the gasket but did not tell!! We had a leak, did the job again from underneath but stuck some sealer on it been fine since.
Could be that.

Its not an intercooler its an oil cooler.

An intercooler cools the air that the turbo pressurises. An oil cooler cools the, well, oil.

Unless im now going to look a muppet as you tell me that you actually have an intercooler too.

Get some decent instant gasket, i sealed mine when i blanked it off with that, works fine for me.

Or if ye've got a cyclone breather thingy attached tae yer head, it might just be ****in' out of that;)
If that don't make sense, don't worry as ah'm on the hot toddies as ah'm stuffed with the cold AGAIN!!!:( :D

Be careful not to get hylomar into any of the oil ways.
Use a small ink roller to get an even layer.
Too much is sometimes as bad as too little.
