Hello!

Used to own a swb Series 3 ragtop about 8 years ago (before we had kids) and have missed it loads since selling it on. Have just got round to getting the nearest thing I can but still being (reasonably) sensible! My TD4 Freebie is a 3 door and the roof comes off so it's just like my old Series 3 (isn't it?!). Well kind of, it still says Landrover on it!

Have been impressed with the details in this forum already whilst looking through what to look for when buying and look forward to gaining loads more really usefull info from all you knowledgable people!

:D

Sorry to hear that. Trade the Gaylander in on a nice 109 Safari station wagon:D Go on you know you want to:D And welcome to the Loony zone:welcome2:

Welcome from another recent Sussex newbie with a 'macho-lander'.:D
Only real men can handle these vehicles, what with bailing out the leaks and praying it keeps going (oh - that's my K Series) ;)
The nay-sayers are just jealous that they haven't made the right choice.

Dave by calling it a MACHO-LANDER you just proved how gay it is. A little round the back sir?

I just showed the wife the pink Freelander, she reckons it's Katie Prices'....

This is not really working towards the machismo ideal is it :D

However.....
I notice that Mr Snaggers presumably has a 110 but lives in London which must qualify it as a variation of a Chelsea tractor :):):)

At least I live in the country!!:D
