Another reason why I will never buy a new car - IMHO, they are built for the manufacturers convenience to extort money from customers. land rovers customer services attitude was typical - they don't give a damn. And funnily enough, neither do I - they can keep the Ejoke :p
 
Cars are expensive, that's why I tend to look after mine... for example by not having anything knocking around loose which might cause damage, and would certainly be a distraction when driving.

Especially relevant for wimmins who rag it round corners fast enough to send a book sideways with enough force to break the door panel!
 
Well thats another customer theyve lost and she will tell everyone she knows not to buy one, fantastic customer service, not !
