Exactly if it's a well known established good brand it stays, if it's got britpart
ON the box (excluding springs) it goes back but I never order britpart stuff anyway, not taking the risk, I want my work to be renowned to be good quality, not get a bad wrap for using cheap parts
i dont think you understand, when i say they do a range of parts ,
im not saying you should use them necessarily but their genuine is the same as any one elses just cheaper

Like I said if it's in a genuine box it doesn't matter if they sell it or someone else does,

If it's in there blue box it could well be genuine, it could well be cheap Chinese **** you don't know

I get exactly what you mean stop doubting me :)

How do you know they didn't pick up the wrong box, label it wrong ? Hence you don't know

I get what your both saying but im with mr Ayre.

They have such a bad rep that alot of people will see a blue box and send it back. If they could differentiate baetween there low price chinese pattern **** and the OEM stuff then people might think different.

As has been said, you cant take that risk.

I did, got burnt, and now i categorically state to the supplier that i dont want any britpart stuff in my order. :(

Then why don't they use the original box ? People know the blue box as cheap crap putting a g on the label doesn't convince the majority of folk, you may have dealt with them for so long, but those who have experienced the bad side arnt going to be as easily convinced

Or even better if they didn't pedal so much rubbish anyway they wouldn't have this problem ?

not all comes in blue boxes ,a lot does come in original but not all does depends how items are bought, but to say britpart would deliberately supply you with non genuine parts if genuine where ordered is out of order itself ,and shows naivety on your part , you can order cheap **** from them just as you can motor factors and other diistributors bearmach etc but i wouldnt

Accidents happen, if you've got 2 boxes both blue, 1 genuine 1 not its hard to get confused

You're very accusing when did I say they'd deliberately swap boxes ? They're renound for being crap how are people meant to trust them ?
