Got a reply re waffle boards, he sold the pallet of ten over weekend but has 5 1200x310x50 and five 1000 x310 x50 have told him i will take them, i am not too bothered about the 1000mm long ones if any one deffo only wants 1200mm let me know now as it will have to be first come first served.
1200 x 310 x 50mm £49
1000 x 310 x 50mm £42
Nick Just checking it was not you who bought the pallet, do not want to be stuck with 10 sets.

I defiantly would like 1.2m waffles as I have some plans for them while not being used for waffles on the landy.

What would be the likely date of arrival?

I've got 2 weeks off so won't be going anywhere for a while although I'd consider driving out there to collect them for something to do

Alright fellas need to know re these waffle boards, they wont hold them much longer. as said five sets at 1200 and five sets at 1000 assuming everyone would prefer the 1200 ones, i dont want to buy them and be stuck with sets no one wants.matt and stu want 1200 i would prefer also, so two sets at 1200 and five at a 1000 to get sold let me know by today please, or we wil have to wait till he gets more stock, he does not know when that will be.

I dont't mind taking a set of 1000 if it makes things easier.
I might have to stick to one set only, will see how the prices work out. But def good for one set either 1200 or 1000

Hi All,

Just wondering who y'all use for insurance on your landy's, what mods you claim to have and whether you have comprehensive or 3rd party, Amount of excess (I usually go for £50)?

I'm just trying to get cover on my Discovery. Big Stu suggested Frank Pickles, but they no longer do 4x4 insurance. They suggested Noel Dazely (just waiting for a quote). Just thought I'd ask who you all use (to find the best deal) - I know Adrian Flux crops up alot - worth trying??

Cheers dudes!

Spike

I hope you are wrong about Frank Pickles.
I only insured with them last month. Previously insured with Admiral with no mod's @ £600 PA.
Now with Frank Pickles @ £191 inc ALL mod's, fully comp with green laning & off roading cover.

Before they would quote they wanted to know if the disco was modified, if I belonged to a club and if I had another car. Once I confirmed this I got transfered to Barry. I have to limit my mileage to <5K PA, then again I'm not sure I could afford the Diesel for anything more than that

If you don't have any luck try all the companies with adverts in a landy mag.
