think carefully about chelmsford the site is unforgiving . i used it a while ago
and think its for the more experienced . get some other views before you go.
I'll be at bures in october if you want to have a ride round the site before you do it yourself your welcome to jump in with me for a short tour. beware I am not an expert but it will give you an idea of what to attempt.
have fun.

I would recomend bures as there's loads of place to go and learn the ropes you can take a route at bures and not get to involved were as at Chelmsford once you've taken a route you've got to keep with it and you don't tend to have to worry about lookinground corners at bures as most it is open so you can see that's my personal opinion anyways and news on the green laning trip ?

I was thinking about the novices route at Chelmsford, I take on all your comments , as i dont want to get caught in anything i cant handle.....

Thats a great offer Wickford, think I may well be taking you up on it.

I would be interested in tagging along on a green lane or two. I dont mind traveling out of suffolk.

pm me a couple of days before you go to bures and i'll give you my phone no
call me when you get there.
you sure you'll be safe traveling out of suffolk into essex.

I'm on the lookout for a 300 TDi at the moment. Would be great to get out using it for what it was designed for as soon as possible.

All I would say to the Newbies to places like Bures, is just make sure you have some front and rear recovery points to help others recover you from the deep mud.

If I get a standard truck I will at least be getting a set of Jate Rings and strops.
