Their busy enjoying them selfs while some of us are working........well I wouldn't call it work but I'm here.

They dont need us anymore now there living the high life.

All i ask for is pictures of paul navigating his vessel across strata!

Anyone got a pair of Discovery front seats they don't want anymore?
Need to replace these wet ones and the Impreza seats are gonna be too much dicking around to get to fit.

They are easy to fit. All I did was bolted a bit of 1"x1" square bar to the bottom of them & a hole at each end. The passenger was a bit harder but made up 2 slide clamps for the bar to go into, so undo 2 bolts & the whole seat slides out.

Not gonna lie, if it doesn't bolt straight in its too much work. I really can't be arsed to **** about with it especially I'd have to try and remove the old subframes that I welded to the seats when I don't have any cutting discs.
Doing the bare minimum as I've not driven it for 2 weeks and have no interest in driving after taking it to the workshop and back today.

He was fine.
I needed a tug out of the bomb hole.

No damage, few water cooled lights, bent steps (yes I left them on), but all good.

Id be up for some laning sunday, although im standard at the moment so cant do much heavy stuff...

A few pics from recent days out.

Still after a pair of Disco 1 front seats if there cheap, may consider swapping for my Scooby seats and cash my way.
And still not enjoying owning a Defender so it will be up for sale very soon, may consider swaps for modified Discovery's but if I'm honest I might just stick with cars for a while.
If you know anyone after a 110 let me know.

Just got back after an epic race against the sun, just for home as its got dark which is handy as I have no headlights due to them being filled with water!

Top weekend, quite wet, loads of fun, no incidents (except Geoff nose diving into a ditch) and no real brake downs. Cottage was top class, nick does a top job of laning, had a great time

Did you all make it to Wales without any incidents guys?

Yep, we had no problems all weekend really except my headlights filling with water and my exhaust tip snapped off

We done a great ford, nice deep river crossing that was moving very fast. We was a bit unsure so cabled up Paul incase it went, shame the cable wasn't as long as the river is wide mind! That jeep is bloody good though, goes everywhere, didn't get stuck anywhere and not a single glitch...

Photos and pics to come (there's loads, some good ones an all)

Excellent weekend fellas, Nice one Nick for the route and leading.
sure some pics to follow as people got it together.

few pics of weekend

Paul comes prepared for the rain, and points out the depth of puddle he thinks his Jeep can handle.
