Gearbox was collected today, still got another R380 without TX box for sale.
Guy who took the box is gonna have both axles as well. Not much left now.
Anyone interested in mint door and boot seals (including the always damaged drivers door) and a checker plate boot door cover? Only fitted about a month ago

Does the wide angle a fram joint help with much? May be interested if its up for sale. Also is the chequer plate the internal door card section, my tailgate has no doorcard...

Ball joint helps with articulation fella.
Yes internal door card section mate, just rivet it straight to the boot.

Just read your post, thank you for helping and pulling us out it was good fun.
The angle of at which we went down was a bit steep lol though it doesn't look it on the photo.
Between the winch bumper, which was only going south and the tow ball mount, which was properly ploughed in, there was nowhere to go. It was like driving over a garage pit (could of done an gearbox change while i was there...lol)
Also thanks to all the guys who helped with the shovels, great team spirit there.
I'll look out for you all on my travels.
Iv'e got rid of the old towing frame now and replaced it with a tank guard that has a dismountable tow ball.
Don't want to damage my tank.

Not doing it by halfs then!! I might need a few other bits at some point, rear window regs and the switches possibly, I got to see whats up with mine first but they aint working!!
Let me know when its ready and I will bring me van home...

Looking forward to getting the engine in now, really need to get out on some lanes soon, maybe even a P&P somewhere I haven't done, anyone got any suggestions apart from Bures, EOO, SLROC & the one near southend way?
I shall be getting MM sorted beforehand as well so will be up for a bit of navigating...
