Can anybody shed any light on this. I have a 1999 discovery td5. 3 amigos plus the red brake warning light and three chimes come on and stay on when I lose traction. Resets when I turn the ignition off. Hawkeye shows this code.

Fault : 4051 outlet valve right hand front power amp with short to ground
 
Hi, Jack it up and check the front r/h wheel bearing for play. Mine had worn when these 4 lights came on.
I'm sure more suggestions from others will appear soon.

A single wire is an option ONLY if the fault code is the same all the time cos if there are codes for other OVs or IVs each has it's own circuit but as in the other post the modulator and ECU must be ruled out for that

Thank you, I will source a modulator and ECU and see how I get on
