always a good station i love planet rock anorl, alice cooper makes a good dj in the evenings.


just went to put the engine in, struggled like a mofo then realised the bolts are different on the bell housing......and its back out again

Yeah worked all through the night, had a few visitors to keep me company in the wee hours and got her running at 6ish this morning. Worst part was i was due off work today but got a phonecall to come in at 8, so haven't slept yet :lol:

Just having some nosh then i'll be on about 9ish to finish up in the engine bay, will run through what i've done and you can all hear her running which was no where near as spectacular as the last one i did ( we have a screenshot somewhere, bloody hilarious it was! )

Piston melted Waiting for my honing tool to turn up now... Rebuilding the head at work tommorow night (Don't really need it, but whilst it is apart I might aswell decoke it and do them valve steam seals), just need to strip the pistion out the old engine and put it back together

I am suspecting bad over heat. Rad has half of Sailsbury plain in it and although it did not feel to hot at the side of the road (I could hold the back of my hand on the rad...) it had been running solid for most of the day....
