When I release the accelerator while driving, the engine keeps going for about a second, maybe 2 seconds. The same thing when pressing the clutch and releasing the accelerator. Sometimes when taking of in 1st gear and shifting at very low RPM it doesn't do it. But apart from that the landy does it every time. When stationary and reving the engine, he doesn't do it. Only while driving.
Does anyone know what could cause this? Or is it normal?

I'd be checking the clutch switch first and the throttle potentiometer second. It could do with a diagnostic check to try and confirm what's causing it.

The clutch switch is just an on/off switch so i'll do that first, but how do you check the throttle potentiometer?

Tried WD40 on the mechanical parts of your throttle?

sometimes it's the simplest of things...

It can't be the clutch switch, as the truck still does it when just releasing the accelerator. He only does it when releasing the accelerator when driving, not when I'm stationary, or when i press the clutch and rev it. Only when releasing the pedal, when i was driving.
