Hmm.. leaning to exhaust blow at the mo. Did a compression test and you can hear it blowing clearly without the engine running

I recommend you use the hose pipe trick to locate the blow kermit - will save you removing things "for inspection". I had this on my 4L Defender and only had to do the gaskets on the downpipes, not even exhaust manifold

When i did a compression test the other day, only heard it from one cylinder so i think that rules out the downpipe joint
I'm going to try putting a vac on the tail pipe, see if i can hear it under suction. Hose pipe may still prove useful!!
