hi lads just an update as promised ,, phoned wards up who received engine week last Friday , its all been stripped down cleaned and checked . very faint crack in pot 6 . so yesterday received update again all being re built with new top hat liners ,cranks ,pulleys . bearing etc pistons and seals .. being tested and heads refitted today and Friday and hopefully shipped back on Saturday then will be refitted to car mon /tues and hopefully able to collect week on Friday ,,,well all good news so far apart from cost .. will update next week cheers MOZZ :crazy_driver::crazy_driver:

Mozz

I had one from Turner Engineering, it was more expensive, but worth the cost as the LR supplied oil pump that they fitted to the short engine failed after about 8,000 miles. Following 1 email. Turners did everything, they negotiated with my local garage and covered the cost of everything except the oil and filter.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

My 2000 model 4.6 running on LPG is running just fine.
