Hi im new to landyzone was wondering if anyone can help just done head gasket on friend disco and now im gettin pressure build up in water system!think the head mite have crack in it but i got 200tdi head here would it fit 300tdi
 
I can see your new... now post it in the discovery section ;) before someone comes along who is not quite as polite as me...
 
hi need help fast plz plz i have just converted disco engine in to defender one timing belt casing and so on but since ive done that i cant get it to fire i was wondering if any one can tell me if timing marks on each timing casings are in the same place???????and can any one tell me on the injector pump where the woodruff key should be wen engine is at tdc think pump mite be out thanks!

I've done the same with mine last year. Timing it should be just the same, you need to lock the pump off with a drill bit but can't remember what size, do a search on here there will be plenty. Where abouts are you?
 
Hi can any1 tell where i can get my injection pump reset as think its gone out of timing as im not getting it 2fire at all just turning over any help would be greatful or does any1 know how 2set it wen engine is at tdc

Is that a mini or a ford escort?? Or maybe it's a Vauxhall cresta??


Try posting this in the correct section Disco/RR/Gaylander/defender etc and some details as to the type size and age of engine would help :doh:
 
Well got my 90 landy sorted in the end running great now hoping 2go green laning wit it this wkend sound llangollan can't wait!
