Well I’ve finally got it all exposed. It’s worse than I’d hoped but there you go.
I’d welcome any suggestions as how to tackle this. Obviously I need a repair panel for the front, but should I keep the door pillar or just replace it?
Also, the bulkhead has (had) a box channel on the back to the pillar which I can’t see was fixed to the pillar.
Does anyone have a photo of the pillar and bulkhead complete without anything hiding it all?
Cheers.

Wiper, undo the big nut on top.
Release from bracket and turn over.
Remove small bolts holding the plate.
Release the wire drive from the gear wheel.

I’m in the process of trying to remove the wing. Is it necessary to remove the inner wing first?
Are they *really* self tappers holding it on to the door pillar???
I'm probably too late LOL, but they're not self tappers - I think they're called a spire nut or similar and screw into an insert.
For my 10p worth, while you have it stripped down that much, I'd replace as much of the bulkhead as possible. Any rot left will just get worse and you'll have to go in again later.

@congo181 , as @zeaphod...at this stage it really would be worth asking, "should I buy a new bulkhead?" The rust/condition elsewhere will be hidden and often the amount of time needed to make bulkhead, footwell, A pillar repairs it's more cost effective to buy a new bulkhead and install. Of course it's down to available budget...but it's worth pricing up.

I could have replaced the bulkhead for sure. For me, it’s a challenge learning something new though, and bodywork is something that I’ve never done before. So, I’m repairing it :)
Almost done on the worst side.
