thats a 300 tdi if its got a 19j number stamped on it somethings dodgy like a nicked engine, its possible someone bought a genuine engine and wanted to retain the old number but thats still wrong

Also as an aside, that plastic bleed screw in the thermostat housing , they can break over time. I would advise getting a brass one in there and oon the radiator.
