Easy question to answer - NO. There is no throttle body.
Your video keeps coming back to the left side of the engine (when you are looking from the front of the car) down beside the ancillary belt, is that where the noise that you are worried about seems to be coming from?
If it is then my best guess is that your crankshaft pulley is worn - look down to the bottom of the engine, do you see grey metallic dust around the bottom pulley wheel? The wheel is in two parts with a rubber filling between them, over time the rubber get soft / cracked and the metal inner and outer parts hit each other on every power stroke of the engine. It can get pretty noisy and metal dust gets thrown off on to everything around it.
The fix is to change the pulley and that can be tricky,
