hi all. I had a problem with black smoke from exhaust. After a few days the engine malfunction light came on. I have changed the intercooler hoses but the light is still on can I reset it or is it possible there is another problem. Many thanks

It could be the EGR valve stuck open. Mine did the same thing, so I binned it.
