hi and welcome, is there nothing marked on your log book?
it doesn't over heat does it..

Hi mark.thanks.this engine was fitted by a mobile mechanic and is not the 1 on the log book however I have since sent it awawy to be amended, just curious to know what car the engine came from.
your welcome, as long as there are no bits left in a box when he's gone, then you should be onto a winner. Unless those bolts rolling around on the floor under the seat have been missed!!!

The engine was originally in a Rover, but apart from that it is most likely the same as originally fitted.
