im trying to find a replacement 3.5 engine for my 1984 RR but am having trouble finding any information regarding engine and gearbox compatability. my gearbox is an early longstick 5 speed .can anybody help or point me to a site that may be able to help?

pretty sure all 3.5/3.9 engines are the same so your box will fit anything really. you could even fit an efi lump and just put your carbs on it

the engine ive got in mind is an earlier one designed to be fitted to an LT95 box
