Hi, my Disco 300tdi 96 reg, the problem im having is that after traveling a few miles my engine cuts out and stops, but if I wait a couple of mins it starts again fine. Im thinking fuel problem, maybe muck getting to injectors ???
anyone give me a bit of advice please and maybe cost to put right in a garage

There was a post on here a couple weeks ago with the same symptoms - not sure how it turned out but would be worth doing a search - I vaguely remember it was mentioned it could be the fuel filter or sedimentor at fault but have a search first!

I would change your fuel filter and clean your sedimenter first before you take it to a garage ,fuel filters are only a few quid-just fill the new one with diesel(to the brim) before you screw it on ,and crank it over

Big Thanks to all who helped, changed Fuel Fillter & cleaned Sedimentor
