zeaphod Well-Known Member Mar 16, 2017 #5 R380 gearbox mountings are different too, I believe you need a different cross member. If you keep the original box you can see all the bits you need to fit the 300tdi on the Steve Parker website.

Saint.V8 Dyed-in-the-wool 100% RR Junkie Full Member Mar 16, 2017 #6 I have an older 110 that has the 300Tdi mated to the LT77 gearbox...it uses the 2.5N/A flywheel housing... Our Defender 110 has a 300Tdi mated to the R380 and uses the standard 300Tdi flywheel housing by the looks of it!
