hi

if i was to to fit a 300tdi into what was a 200tdi defender what issues will i come across? e.g. props engine mounts trans tunnel act.

Are you using your existing gearbox? Which I assume is a lt77

no i will be putting in the R380 box.

R380 gearbox mountings are different too, I believe you need a different cross member. If you keep the original box you can see all the bits you need to fit the 300tdi on the Steve Parker website.

I have an older 110 that has the 300Tdi mated to the LT77 gearbox...it uses the 2.5N/A flywheel housing...

Our Defender 110 has a 300Tdi mated to the R380 and uses the standard 300Tdi flywheel housing by the looks of it!

Which vehicle would you be using the 380 from as they have different bell housing on different vehicles?
