Got my toy out today after it’s been on lockdown in the garage for a couple of months.

Now the wipers come on with the lights so now I can only drive in the dark if it’s raining.

Any suggestions ?

Do you mean earths ? They should be ok it had a new bulkhead fitted not long ago

Oh hell, no idea where the earths are. Why couldn’t it be the switch. Although that is fairly new as well

Remove the left hand lower dash corner and check the wiper motor earth the black wire is connected to the body & terminal on the bulkhead.
There is another big one on the bulkhead in the engine bay near the clutch master cylinder. Check also the earth strap from the body/bulkhead to the battery.

I would check earths first just because the bulkheads been changed doesn't mean the earths are ok assuming around 1997 as not stated
