Right then after a bit of playing in water the other day I gained myself a fault!

The o/s front indicator, n/s side light, horn, stereo and high beem (although that works when lever is pushed forward) have all stopped at the same time!

Is there a fuse or relay that relates to all of these somewhere?

And a very novice question, where the hell is the fuse box?!

Thanks

Unscrew two large knobs on either side and it just pulls away. Not sure on how much this applies to the TD5 though, and its probably miles off if you have a TDCI. Depends what model you got!

So thats where they are, thanks!
No im not that posh! I just have a 1993 200tdi.
Im doubting it being A fuse as they all went at the same time. I suppose its got to be the first thing I try though.

Ok I have fixed all of the above problems but I cant fix the o/s front indicator. Bulb is ok, all the contacts are clean? Is there a relay or secret fuse that relates to this indicator only?

No, the front and rear are wired together.

What exactly is it doing now? Rear flashing really quickly, or not flashing at all?

How did you fix the other problems?

Other problems was me being a dumbass!! One fuse for high beem, stereo and horn and a blow side light bulb.

The rear and side repeater are flashing fast and the front there is nothing.

Fast flashing means bulb not working, I've had it happen on mine occasionally. I've always put it down to condensation in the wrong places, it has cleared up both times on its own. Could try a new bulb to be safe or give the holder an air out to try and clear any moisture. Failing that perhaps a new holder if parts of current one are a bit corroded?

The one fitted looks perfect an have tried 3 bulbs! I will strip the wires back behind the holder and see if im getting any power there an report back tomorrow.
